Job summary

Dover Networks LLC is seeking a high-caliber QA professional for a TS/SCI-cleared role in Capitol Heights, MD. You will execute manual and automated tests, author test cases with Playwright and Cucumber, and contribute to microservices-based software delivery within an Agile framework.

Required are 9+ years with a related degree (or 7+ with a Master’s) and strong experience in CI/CD, load testing, and modern test tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 9+ years of experience or Master’s with 7+ years, or equivalent experience/education.
• Experience executing both manual and automated tests using a test framework.
• Experience with microservices architecture and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
• Proven ability to perform load, performance, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong collaboration and communication with stakeholders in a team setting.
• Desired skills include Playwright, Cucumber, JMeter, Swagger, Selenium tools, and accessibility testing (JAWS/NVDA).

Job description

Applicants must already hold a TS/SCI clearance with a current Full Scope Polygraph before applying. We are not sponsoring or processing clearances for this position. Candidates who are seeking to obtain a clearance do not meet the minimum requirements. Salary Range: $213k-$233k per year with an additional $53k-$58k in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions

The Work:

• Utilizing a test framework to execute manual and automated tests.
• Authoring tests utilizing Cucumber and Playwright.
• Knowledgeable in Microservices design & architecture, CI/CD, Test frameworks and automation, Agile Methodology.
• Execute load and performance testing, chaos testing, functional testing and end-to-end testing.
• Agile development and delivery of software.
• Communication and collaboration: Software Development is a team-oriented discipline. Engineers need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.
• Basic Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, plus 9 years of experience, or a
• Master's degree plus 7 years of experience; or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Desired skills (1+ of the below):
