Job summary

Lennar Technology Group IT is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive Agile delivery at the team level. You will facilitate sprint ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure the team consistently delivers value.

Requirements include 2+ years in delivery management or Scrum, strong Agile expertise, and excellent communication. The role emphasizes coaching, cross-team collaboration, and lifecycle proficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in delivery management, Scrum Master, or related Agile roles.
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and keep teams productive.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and delivery best practices.
• Ability to track and interpret delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time).
• Ability to coach teams toward continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle and project lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messages to audiences and agendas.
• Collaborates well with Portfolio/Program Managers to align status and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a single team to deliver projects from inception to completion.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and maintain sprint discipline.
• Remove impediments and shield teams from external interruptions.
• Track and surface sprint metrics to inform decisions.
• Coach the team on continuous improvement practices.
• Partner with Portfolio/Program Manager on delivery status and cross-team dependencies.
