Job summary

American Homes 4 Rent, LP is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to guide Agile delivery of scalable, compliant products. You will organize ceremonies, coordinate with Product Managers, and remove impediments to keep projects on track.

This full-time, on-site role in Las Vegas offers a discretionary annual bonus and comprehensive benefits, with emphasis on governance, security, and quality across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in project management, preferably in a product development environment.
• Experience leading through influence; leading a Scrum project team.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and facilitates daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and refinements.
• Ensures Scrum events are productive and within timebox.
• Collaborates with Product Managers to manage the backlog and ensure items are well‑defined and ready to work on.
• Leads planning, coordination, and execution of delivery activities to ensure on‑time, high‑quality products.
