Job Title: Agile Program Coach – Financial Services

Location: Remote (EST preferred)

Job Type: 9-month contract with possible extensions

About The Role

We are seeking an Agile Program Coach to drive Agile transformation within a leading financial services organization. This hands-on role will guide teams through Agile adoption, fostering collaboration, efficiency, and customer-focused delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Transformation: Coach teams and leadership in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Facilitate Agile Practices: Support cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies, removing blockers and improving workflows.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Establish feedback loops, track Agile metrics, and enhance team performance.
• Align with Business Goals: Work with stakeholders to ensure Agile initiatives support strategic objectives.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile experience, 3+ in coaching/leadership (Financial services required).
• Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) & tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong facilitation & leadership skills to support Agile transformation.
• Agile certifications (CSM, SPC, etc.) preferred.
  
  

Remote Pay Range: $100 USD - $105 USD
