A leading company in education technology is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to enhance Agile practices across teams. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and facilitating Agile ceremonies to improve team performance and processes. We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide our organization through the adoption and optimization of Agile methodologies. The Agile Coach’s primary focus will be ensuring Agile practices are performing as expected and leveraging feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement. This role involves providing guidance and oversight of Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, optimizing team processes, and enhancing productivity and efficiency. Additionally, the Agile Coach will assess team and organizational performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase Agile maturity and success. The Agile coach will support varying product and engineering roles for internal and outsourced teams.

Salary Range: $99,500 to 136,800 This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
