StartupSphere took everything frustrating about general and rebuilt it from scratch in Salina, KS, with ruthlessly-focused attention to Resilience. We believe the best general decisions get made closest to the work, not three floors up.

We trade fair $59,000 - $89,000 for your talent and throw in mentorship, benefits, and a flexibility policy people actually use.
