Job summary

Kreative Technologies is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams, Scrum Masters and leaders in adopting and refining Agile practices. You will coach delivery teams, facilitate ceremonies, and help align Agile work with program goals while tracking metrics like velocity and cycle time.

This full-time, remote-position supports clients across several states from our Richmond-area team; a Bachelor's in IT, Business or related field is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software delivery, including at least 2 years as an Agile Coach or senior Scrum Master.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
• Experience coaching multiple teams concurrently.
• Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Strong facilitation and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with federal government contracts preferred.

Kreative Technologies is looking for an Agile Coach to help our teams and clients adopt and improve Agile practices. You will coach teams, Scrum Masters and leaders so they deliver working software faster and more predictably. The ideal candidate is patient, observant and persuasive. You should be comfortable guiding change across several teams and helping leaders see the value of Agile ways of working.

Location & Contract

Full-Time

Remote within the following locations: DC, FL, GA, MD, TX, VA

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification such as ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
• Experience supporting federal government contracts.

Compensation

$78,755 – $87,506 per year
