Job summary

ZealHire Inc. is seeking an experienced Agile Coach for a hybrid NYC-based role. You will partner with product and engineering leaders to drive enterprise-wide agile transformations, coaching teams and programs across multiple domains.

The ideal candidate holds ICP/CS or SPC credentials, 10+ years in agile coaching, and a track record of cultural change, organizational design, and change management at scale. Local candidates are preferred for NY/NJ/CT locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of software development experience.
• At least 10 years of Agile coaching experience.
• Experience coaching enterprise-wide agile transformations in large environments.
• Strong background in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale.
• Certified Agile Coach (ICP-Client, ICP-ATF), CSP, SPC or equivalent credentials.
