Job summary

Cloud and Things is seeking an Agile Coach to support a NYC client by guiding product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and enterprise transformation initiatives.

You will strengthen delivery practices, collaboration, and organizational Agile maturity while aligning outcomes with business objectives and the broader IT strategy. Start date targets 10/01/2026 for a 12-month engagement with W2 hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Agile coaching experience.
• Proven experience coaching Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
• Hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale.
• Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), CSP, SPC, or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation initiatives.
• Coach teams on Agile frameworks and delivery practices, including Scrum and Kanban, to improve collaboration and delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile training sessions, workshops, team ceremonies, and transformation activities across a large, complex environment.
• Implement and reinforce Agile best practices, tools, and metrics to support data-informed decision-making and continuous performance improvement.
• Partner with teams and leadership to support change management, cultural transformation, and enterprise-wide Agile maturity.

Overview:

We are seeking an Agile Coach who will support our NYC client by coaching product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and enterprise transformation initiatives. This role will strengthen delivery practices, cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and organizational Agile maturity while aligning outcomes with business objectives and the broader IT strategy.

Duties:

• Coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation initiatives.
• Coach teams on Agile frameworks and delivery practices, including Scrum and Kanban, to improve collaboration, flow, and delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile training sessions, workshops, team ceremonies, and transformation activities across a large, complex environment.
• Implement and reinforce Agile best practices, tools, and metrics to support data-informed decision-making and continuous performance improvement.
• Partner with teams and leadership in a consultative capacity to support change management, cultural transformation, organizational alignment, and enterprise-wide Agile maturity.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 8+ years of Agile coaching experience.
• Proven experience coaching Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale.
• Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent credential.
