Qualifications

• Active CSM certification (SAFe Scrum Master or A-CSM preferred).
• 5+ years experience as a practicing Scrum Master.
• 3+ years in financial services (banking, lending, fintech, or payments).
• Experience working in regulated environments with compliance integrated into delivery.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Embed within stream-aligned Scrum teams delivering against business OKRs
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain team velocity
• Protect team focus and shield from outside disruptions
• Partner closely with Product Owners and engineering teams
• Coach team on agile best practices and continuous improvement mindset
• Ensure compliance and risk review steps are embedded within sprint workflows
• Drive meaningful retrospectives that result in tangible process improvements

Location: Remote (must work Eastern Standard Time hours)

Schedule: Standard business hours (aligned to EST)

Relocation: Not required – open to remote candidates (EST alignment required)

Must-Haves:
