Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking a servant-leader with a passion for helping teams succeed in Agile environments. The successful candidate will coach Scrum teams, facilitate ceremonies, and remove impediments to enable consistent value delivery.

You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to raise Agile maturity across the organization and drive continuous improvement through teaching, mentoring, and collaboration. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Lead Agilist experience.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience coaching, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience driving Agile transformation and organizational change.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
