Amrize seeks a Plant Superintendent (Aggregates) to lead operations at an Illinois site, overseeing mining, processing, stockpiling, loading and shipping of aggregate with a strong focus on safety and productivity.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in operations, a High School diploma or GED, and familiarity with MS Office, SAP and Ariba. This full-time, on-site role includes a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of operational/production experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP and Ariba experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate plant operations, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Direct day-to-day activities for mining, processing, stockpiling, loading and shipping.
• Plan, staff, and supervise to ensure uninterrupted aggregate supply.
• Communicate goals to employees and drive production, efficiency and cost controls.
• Participate in meetings; monitor attendance and performance; enforce safety programs.
