Heidelberg Materials North America is offering a structured program for graduating seniors or internal candidates to learn all aspects of aggregate production. You will participate in a defined program, gain exposure to Mine Planning, Operations, Quality Control, Sales, Maintenance, and heavy equipment operation.

This role emphasizes safety and environmental standards, hands-on training, and opportunities for career growth across numerous locations within the North American network.

Qualifications

• Graduating seniors with a degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Business Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility.
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a defined program where you can apply your knowledge, experience, and education.
• Assist in managing daily operations of aggregate production.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Engage in special projects that vary in scope and size, working alongside some of the industry’s best and brightest managers.
• Learn all aspects of managing a quarry or sand & gravel operation, including Mine Planning, Operations Optimization, Quality Control, Sales, Maintenance, Operating Heavy Equipment, Safety, and more.
