Job summary

Titan Florida, LLC Pennsuco Aggregates Division in Medley, FL is seeking an Equipment Operator. This wage non-exempt role is part of the Aggregates Loadout Department and reports to the Shipping Manager.

Responsibilities include operating a WA600/WA500 front-end loader, a rubber tire dozer, safety checks, and coordination with weighmasters and the loadout team. Must be able to train on additional equipment and work weekends/overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be safety-minded and able to follow safety rules.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Demonstrates ability to work with others and follow instructions.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks and follow safety rules.
• Operate front-end loader to load trucks and trains outside.
• Operate a rubber tire dozer.
• Communicate with weighmasters, loadout manager and related roles.
• Assist in loadout and plant tasks as directed by supervisor.
