Job summary

Titan Florida, LLC Pennsuco Aggregates Division in Medley, FL is seeking an Equipment Operator. This wage non-exempt role is part of the Aggregates Loadout Department and reports to the Shipping Manager.

Responsibilities include safety checks, operating a WA600/WA500 front-end loader to load trucks and trains, operating a rubber tire dozer, and coordinating with weighmasters and loadout staff. Must lift 50 lbs and be able to train on additional equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Basic knowledge of material specifications, preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment operation (dozer & loader) preferred.
• Maintain a Florida Driver’s License with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform all required safety checks and follow safety rules.
• Operate WA600/WA500 front-end loader to load trucks and trains.
• Operate a rubber tire dozer.
• Communicate with weighmasters, loadout manager, trail scale and loadout lead man.
• Work with lead man on loadout and plant tasks.
• Move finished products when necessary.
• Push material on the basic pile to feeders for production.
• Communicate with plant tower operator and loadout operator.
• Willing to train to operate other equipment and perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Lead man.
