Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a mining/aggregate environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures with high situational awareness.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Reliable and collaborative approach with clear communication skills.
• Familiarity with MSHA regulations; Part 46 training is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operational inspections and routine equipment checks to ensure safe, reliable performance.
• Monitor material flow, production quality, and operating conditions, making adjustments as needed.
