Amrize is seeking a Project Engineering Intern for the Summer of 2027 at our Plano, TX site. This 10-week, paid internship provides hands-on experience in the ACM division, focusing on production, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Expect field exposure, mentorship, and opportunities to present to leadership. Applicants should be undergraduates in Construction Management or Engineering with strong academics, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Construction Industry Management, Project Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mine Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar fields.
• Strong academic performance with solid engineering principles.
• Geographic flexibility to work at various sites.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on learning at Aggregate Construction Materials sites, understanding production, maintenance, and product knowledge.
• Collect and analyze data to support process improvements and project strategies.
• Gain field exposure through daily mine operations and equipment observation.
• Collaborate with geology, engineering and safety teams to understand operations.
• Present learnings and contributions to leadership at internship end.
