Job summary

Quikrete is seeking an Equipment Operator at our Coleman, OK plant to support daily plant production by operating equipment and performing general tasks. You will inspect areas, perform basic maintenance, assist with welding and fabrication as needed, and help identify safety hazards to keep operations running smoothly.

Candidates should have 1+ year of equipment operation experience, good mechanical knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a team-oriented

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience operating equipment (loader, haul truck, water truck, skid steer).
• General mechanical knowledge.
• Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in support of daily plant production.
• Inspect plant areas and perform basic maintenance, repairs, and screen changes.
• Complete welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Identify safety hazards or equipment issues and respond appropriately.
