CalPortland in Santa Maria, CA is seeking an experienced Aggregate Plant Manager to oversee plant operations, mining activities, load-out, and site facilities.

You will ensure safety and regulatory compliance, maximize equipment utilization, manage budgets, and sustain product quality for customers. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates, with a track record in aggregates and related fields preferred.

Qualificações

• 5+ years managing aggregate and/or asphalt operations; includes yard production.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of crushing, screening, washing, stockpiling.
• Experience in hard rock drill and blast mining operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Familiar with MSHA, OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and SMARA regulations; able to ensure compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and budget operations; oversee mine planning, safety, and environmental matters.
• Monitor production plans, cost and inventory control, and productivity analysis.
• Ensure quality control to deliver high-quality aggregates to customers.
• Oversee mobile equipment repair, maintenance, and safety training.
• Maintain cross-department relationships to meet objectives and drive cost improvements.
