A leading construction aggregates producer is seeking a Foreperson for their Columbus, Ohio location to oversee operations at surface mining facilities. The role involves ensuring safety and quality during aggregate production, monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing leadership to plant personnel. Qualifications

• Industry / Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience as a gravel foreman is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Monitor production output and adjust processes to meet targets.
