Job summary

Michels Road & Stone, Inc. is seeking an Aggregate Loader Operator to maneuver and operate heavy equipment across our quarry and job sites in Wisconsin.

You will move materials using skid loaders, front-end loaders, backhoes, excavators, and trucks as needed to support road, airport, and excavation projects. The role requires 0–1 year of crusher operator experience, mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of crusher operator experience in a pit or quarry or related operator experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.

Responsibilities

• Operate and move materials with heavy equipment (skid steer, front-end loader, backhoe, excavator, trucks) across the job site.
• Perform combinations of duties on construction projects with a focus on safety and efficiency.
