Job summary

Jrjnet is seeking an Aggregate Equipment Operator in Piqua, OH to operate loaders, crushers, screeners, and haul trucks at our aggregate production sites. You will feed materials, monitor flow, and ensure the final product meets quality standards while following safety protocols and company policies.

This role requires 1+ year of heavy equipment experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Some overtime may be required to support production needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience operating heavy equipment (preferred in aggregate/mining environments).
• Familiarity with loaders, crushers, or screeners is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
