Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. in Nedrow, NY is hiring an Aggregate Driver to transport materials safely between job sites, plants, and quarries. This full-time, hourly role offers $32 per hour and requires a valid NYS CDL Class A and DOT Medical Card.

You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, load and unload materials, secure loads, maintain logs, and communicate with dispatch and site teams. Safety is the top priority, and outdoor work is normal in all conditions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years CDL driving experience (aggregate preferred).
• Valid NYS CDL Class A.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic & reliability.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks & tractor-trailers to haul aggregate materials safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

What You Need

• 1–2 years CDL driving experience (aggregate preferred)

• Must meet DOT substance testing and drug free workplace requirements at time of hire and throughout the period of employment
