Integrity Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented worker for our manufacturing extrusion team in Martinsburg, WV. The role requires standing 12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and following safety procedures in a noisy production environment.

Shift options include day 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and night 7:00 PM–7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule; starting pay is $23.00 per hour base with a $1.00 night shift differential. ISO 9001, HACCP, SQF standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cut and wind completed rolls using the appropriate equipment.
• Load raw materials into machine hoppers and supply materials to designated machine areas.
• Remove waste materials from extrusion machines and production areas.
• Safely transport finished rolls to staging and cover them with film when required.
• Keep machines, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Perform routine cleaning of machines and the surrounding environment within the extrusion department.
• Monitor equipment for malfunctions or deficiencies and report issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow machine warning signs, operating instructions, and directions from the lead operator and supervisor.
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all occupational health and safety procedures.
• Understand and follow emergency response and fire prevention procedures.
• Follow applicable ISO 9001, HACCP, and SQF standards, procedures, and instructions.
• Ensure the work area is clean and organized at shift change.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
