Qualifications

• 3+ years of shipping reliable, maintainable code.
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs or multimodal ML to real products.

• A strong product sense to judge user experience quality.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evaluate agentic AI capabilities in professional creative apps.
• Turn frontier model capabilities into reliable product behavior.
• Build evaluations and quality measures for open-ended tasks.
• Work with on-device and server foundation models, optimizing for on-device inference.
• Investigate model and agent failures end-to-end to identify causes.
• Collaborate with product engineers, designers, and domain experts to translate workflows into capabilities.
