Job summary

Apple Store Online is seeking a strategic leader to drive experiences across emerging agentic platforms, shaping how customers discover, learn, shop and buy Apple products. This build-from-scratch role requires close partnership with teams across Apple, including Store Online, PR, Business Development, Finance and Marketing, to deliver agentic experiences that uphold Apple’s brand.

You will steer programs, clear blockers, and turn early signals into scoped experiments and launches with rigorous

Qualifications

7+ years defining consumer digital shopping journeys or e-commerce for a premium global brand.
Deep knowledge of agentic platforms, AI, and emerging tech.
Experience managing multiple workstreams across cross-functional teams.
Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, including keynote presentations.
Comfort operating at the frontier of emerging tech in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Define how customers navigate, learn, shop, configure and purchase across LLM platforms and other agentic surfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business priorities into the shopping experience.
Establish baseline performance standards for platforms and digital touchpoints.
Report on business and shopper engagement, providing actionable insights.
Prepare strategic briefs and presentations for cross-functional partners.
