Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Principal Architect for the AI & Agentic Stack to translate business needs into scalable technical blueprints for AI systems and agentic logic. You will bridge Sales and Delivery, collaborating with customers and Google channel partners to design scalable, governed architectures leveraging Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI.

You will lead the configuration of Gemini Enterprise, drive prompt engineering, and oversee data governance, MLOps, and system tuning to ensure

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical architecture with a focus on AI, Data, Integration, and consultative leadership
• Expert-level knowledge of Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, and BigQuery ML
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles influencing CXO stakeholders and leading AI-driven business transformations
• Proven experience in Prompt Design & Engineering (Gemini) and tuning LLM-based systems for behavior and safety constraints
• Deep understanding of Python-based AI orchestration (Lang Graph, ADK, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Consultative Solutioning & Sales Support: lead technical discovery and design tailored AI architectures
• Technical Blueprinting & Delivery Oversight: design end-to-end architectures for complex AI systems with governance
• Customer & Channel Technical Liaison: coordinate with clients and Google's field teams on Gemini/Vertex AI roadmaps
• Gemini Enterprise & Agentic Design: configure Gemini Enterprise and architect agentic systems with prompt engineering
• Prompt Engineering & System Tuning: develop and optimize prompts balancing autonomy with goals
• MLOps & Data Governance: define standards for MLOps and data orchestration
• Technical Quality Control: perform deep-dive architectural reviews for Google Cloud best practices
