Job summary

LATTICOR is seeking a unique individual to lead agentic development infrastructure in Dallas. You will architect systems to harness AI, building harnesses, evaluation loops, and strict review gates to keep code safe and fast.

You will own the context layer, set evaluation criteria, and collaborate with senior leadership to scale internal patterns into the AI platform. This is a hands-on, strategic role reporting to the CEO and Director of Engineering.

Qualifications

• Has deep practical experience with AI tooling and experiments.
• Can design scalable, systemic improvements over ad hoc fixes.
• Gains credibility with senior engineers through depth and humility.
• Works closely with founders and executives on major programs.

Responsibilities

• Design tooling and orchestration to delegate work to AI agents.
• Own the context layer for codebase, architecture, and conventions.
• Continuously evaluate models and tools; make fast, evidence-based decisions.
• Build checks for safe machine-authored code: automated reviews and gates.
• Create evaluation loops to catch regressions before PRs.
• Ensure system-enforced security and access controls.
