LATTICOR is seeking a unique individual to lead agentic development infrastructure in Dallas. You will architect systems to harness AI, building harnesses, evaluation loops, and strict review gates to keep code safe and fast.
You will own the context layer, set evaluation criteria, and collaborate with senior leadership to scale internal patterns into the AI platform. This is a hands-on, strategic role reporting to the CEO and Director of Engineering.
LATTICOR aims to finally deliver on the promises of AI, providing a safe, trustworthy, and powerful force multiplier to companies in the middle market. The product is a self-building and self-improving task force, capable of autonomously handling a wide range of business responsibilities across industries and disciplines. LATTICOR recently closed a $4M+ seed round from a prominent family office and is scaling its organization and deploying its product to initial customers now. The founding team has built the product and secured initial paying customers and is looking to fill its roster with the best and brightest minds who can help in the collective mission to make a major dent in this exciting and competitive industry.
Your goal will be simple: help supercharge our engineering team, allowing them to work as quickly and efficiently as possible leveraging the latest agentic AI technology. You will help architect systems to allow the team to extract the maximum value from AI, putting in place the appropriate systems, checks and guardrails to move quickly while ensuring the highest standards in security and code quality throughout. Most engineering organizations have bolted AI onto an SDLC designed for humans. We are designing the SDLC around the agents from the ground up - how work is specified, how context is delivered, how output is verified, and how a small team supervises a very large amount of machine-authored code without losing control of it. You will own that system. You will build the harnesses, evaluation loops, review gates, and context infrastructure that let a handful of engineers operate at the output of a much larger team - and you will be ruthless about measuring whether it is actually working. The role starts internally, focused on our own engineering organization. But this is not a side quest. What we prove on ourselves becomes product: the patterns you validate in our own SDLC will graduate into the core product as they mature.
This is an in-person role based at LATTICOR's offices in Old Parkland (4143 Maple Avenue, Dallas, TX). Old Parkland is a landmark campus in the heart of Dallas offering a premier working environment.
