Job summary

Weld County is seeking an Applications Solutions Analyst to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI workflows that streamline business processes across the organization, leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform automation, and Azure AI services to accelerate decision‑making.

The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on builder with deep experience in agentic AI design, multi‑step pipelines, governance, and integration with M365, SharePoint, Dynamics, and third‑party APIs for enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or 4 years hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/automation solutions.
Hands-on experience with agentic AI workflows and multi-step reasoning is required.
Experience with cloud AI services and enterprise integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows that autonomously execute multi-step business processes using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI services.
Identify and evaluate high-impact automation opportunities across business units, translating manual processes into intelligent, agent-driven pipelines.
Develop AI agents and copilots capable of reasoning, tool use, and dynamic decision-making for enterprise workflows with minimal human intervention.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (M365, Dynamics, SharePoint, third-party APIs) for end-to-end process automation.
Leverage LLM orchestration patterns (ReAct, chain-of-thought prompting, tool-calling) to build reliable, goal-directed agents.
Prototype and iterate on agent designs, validating performance against business outcomes before broader deployment.
