Job summary

CORAS, Inc. is seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Engineer to design and deploy intelligent decision workflows for DoD clients, translating complex challenges into AI-enabled solutions.

You will work with mission stakeholders to configure data models, build dashboards, and implement AI agents that automate analysis and support critical decisions. The role blends solution engineering, analytics, and AI workflow design in a hybrid, customer-facing environment with modern enterprise platforms and data

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience on technology or analytics implementations.
• Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Power Platform or BI tools (Qlik/Tableau/Power BI).
• Familiarity with data pipelines and scripting languages (SQL, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
• Comfortable with iterative, agile delivery in dynamic environments.

In this role, you will work directly with mission stakeholders across the Department of Defense to translate complex operational challenges into AI-enabled decision solutions. You will configure data models, build intelligent dashboards, and implement agentic workflows that automate analysis, generate insights, and support mission-critical decision making. This is a hybrid role combining solution engineering, analytics, and AI workflow design. Successful candidates are comfortable working with modern enterprise platforms (Power Platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.), integrating data sources, and configuring automated decision agents that help organizations move from static reporting to intelligent, AI-driven operations.The ideal candidate is part solutions engineer, part systems thinker, and part customer advisor, someone who enjoys translating complex problems into practical, deployable solutions in dynamic mission environments.**Key Responsibilities:*** Engage directly with mission stakeholders to deeply understand analytical requirements, strategic priorities, and operational challenges.* Leverage experience with tools like Power BI, Power Platform, ServiceNow, or Salesforce to create user-driven, scenario-based solutions.* Assist in setting up what-if scenarios, AI agents, and automated workflows to support predictive and prescriptive decision-making.* Present accurate, consistent, and reliable data analysis processes to optimize decision-making.* Act as a trusted advisor to end-users, guiding them through system capabilities, troubleshooting, and ensuring adoption.* Champion data best practices and thought leadership, keeping abreast of industry innovations in analytics, AI/ML integration, and visualization techniques.* Troubleshoot data-related challenges with CORAS customers and prospective end users.* Provide guidance and support to users, helping them maximize the benefits of CORAS.* Collaborate with the CORAS development team to enhance product capabilities based on frontline user feedback and evolving customer needs.* Drive the continuous improvement of data processes, standards, and methodologies, contributing to CORAS’s growth as a best-in-class decision intelligence platform.**Qualifications:*** Customer-facing experience working on technology or analytics implementations — consulting, pre-sales engineering, customer success, or product support.* Skilled with modern enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Quickbase, Appian, Smartsheet, or Power Platform (esp.
