Agentic AI Software EngineerRole Description

Pallas security is seeking a full-time, on-site software developer who is passionate about building agentic AI software. As a developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining our agentic AI applications and infrastructure. You will work closely with our product and rest of the engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
• Ensure the performance, quality of the software
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Must work on-site, full-time
• Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript programming language
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience developing software using various SaaS APIs
• Experience with agentic AI software development
• Experience in creating reusable and maintainable design patterns that scale
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with agentic AI protocols such as MCP, A2A etc.
• Familiarity with popular agentic AI development tools and libraries
• Understanding of security best practices
