Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking an Agentic Security Engineer to secure agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks, and tool execution environments across enterprise and engineering domains.

You will implement runtime security controls, monitor AI orchestration activities, and collaborate with security, AI engineering, and platform teams to uphold NXP security standards and risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Advanced degrees such as Masters are preferred.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, application or runtime security roles.

Responsibilities

• Translate security requirements into runtime enforcement and execution control.
• Secure adoption of agentic AI capabilities aligned with security governance.
• Perform security assessments of agentic AI systems and integration points.
• Support monitoring and observability for AI agent activity.
