Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking an Agentic Security Engineer to secure agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks, and AI-driven tool execution environments across enterprise and engineering domains. You will work with AI engineering, platform security, and architecture teams to ensure runtime security, governance, and regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in runtime security, AI orchestration, API security, policy enforcement, and distributed systems security, with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, application security, runtime security, or related engineering roles.
• 2+ years of experience securing or supporting AI/ML/GenAI applications, platforms, or services.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, APIs, orchestration frameworks, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Experience supporting runtime monitoring, observability, or security operations in distributed systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate security requirements into runtime enforcement and execution control mechanisms.
• Support secure adoption of agentic AI capabilities aligned with enterprise security and governance requirements.
• Conduct security assessments of agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations.
• Build observability capabilities including execution tracing, logging, auditing, and monitoring for AI agent activity.
• Collaborate with security, platform, DevOps, and AI teams to deploy secure agentic AI systems.
