Job summary

Beaconfire is seeking an Agentic AI Python Developer to design and deliver Python-based web applications and AI-powered workflows. You will build end-to-end Vertex AI RAG pipelines, handle ingestion, retrieval, agent orchestration, evaluation, and deployment in a collaborative environment.

The role requires strong Python development skills, experience with Flask/Django, relational databases, and modern AI tooling. Preference for a Master’s degree and cloud experience across AWS/GCP.

Qualifications

• Experience in Python3 software development lifecycle and testing.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience building RAG solutions (hybrid search, embeddings, chunking).
• Familiar with agentic frameworks (LangGraph/LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen) and tool/calling patterns.
• Solid engineering practices: code reviews, testing, telemetry, secure-by-design, reliability mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality Web applications using Python, Flask, Django.
• Build and productionize Vertex AI RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, indexing, retrieval, grounding).
• Create agentic workflows (tool use, planning, reflection/guardrails, outputs).
• Perform code reviews, testing, and maintain technical documentation.
• Define and run evaluation, improve system quality, ship APIs with monitoring and security best practices.
