HP, Inc. invites MBA or relevant master’s degree candidates to join our Insight & Strategy internship in the Personal Systems portfolio. You will explore agentic AI opportunities, research market needs, and craft an MVP recommendation with strong business rationale.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, validate opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders. The program targets future full-time roles and requires US work eligibility without sponsorship.

Qualifications

Pursuing MBA or relevant master’s degree and enrolled full time.
Has no more than 24 months of relevant work experience.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Research market trends, customer needs, competitors, and agentic AI technologies.
Identify and evaluate potential AI product opportunities.
Define target user, value proposition, and competitive differentiation.
Develop a scoped MVP recommendation with business rationale.
Analyze market, financial, and product data to inform recommendations.
Create data visualizations and executive-ready presentations.
Present findings to portfolio and insights stakeholders.
Collaborate with product management, marketing, finance, engineering, and analytics teams.
