Job Description:

Title: Agentic AI Platform Engineer – AWS

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Remote across USA

Scope

The Consultant will be embedded in the AI/ML Platform Engineering team as a hands-on builder of the enterprise Agentic AI platform on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

Working under senior architectural direction, the Consultant will design and implement the core platform architecture spanning Runtime, Gateway, Identity, Memory, Observability, and Policy components.

A primary focus will be creating standardized, production-grade patterns for agent execution, tool calling, memory management, and resiliency, with multi-framework support (LangGraph, Strands, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, MCP, A2A) governed by common security controls.

Build AgentOps and evaluation capabilities, integrate enterprise governance requirements with Security and Responsible AI teams, and develop reusable SDKs and accelerators that enable application teams to reach production quickly while inheriting platform controls.

The Consultant will deliver production grade AgentCore platform and landing zone patterns, including the agent harness, runtime components, gateway, identity, memory, and security patterns. Additional deliverables include observability and AgentOps components, CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code standards, cost-management and FinOps mechanisms, and production reference implementations with reusable accelerators. The engagement will also produce architecture decision records and knowledge-transfer materials to support long-term internal ownership.
