Job summary
Harnham in Philadelphia, PA, with a hybrid work model (4 days in office) is seeking a Senior AI Manager to lead the development and scaling of AI capabilities across the organisation. You will build an Agentic AI function and partner with senior stakeholders to drive AI adoption.
The role requires strong commercial AI experience, leadership of AI teams, and hands-on delivery of Generative AI solutions across business units. You will influence across analytics, technology, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial experience in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
- Experience delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI applications.
- Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of modern AI tooling and AI development frameworks.
- Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for AI innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and scaling of AI capabilities across the organisation.
- Build and grow an Agentic AI function.
- Identify and deliver high-value AI use cases across the business.
- Establish AI standards, processes, and best practices.
