Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with focus on Data/AI.
• 4+ years AI/ML engineering, 2+ years in agentic GenAI apps.
• Telecom CX workflows experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to rapidly gather requirements from customer stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into concrete solution designs and implement them.
• Identify workflows within customer service that create superior customer experience.
• Translate workflows into Agentic Workflows after SME discussions.
• Manage project activities to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
• Bring AI best practices to drive program success.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve the solution.
