Cyara is seeking a seasoned product marketing leader to own positioning and launches for agentic CX assurance. You will guide messaging, enable sales, and drive cross-functional coordination with product and demand gen.

This role supports multiple locations across the US, EMEA, or India, reflecting Cyara's global reach. You will craft compelling content including briefs, webinars, and conference materials, while partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate pipeline and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS or AI product marketing.
• Track record of shipping launches that moved pipeline with measurable results.
• Strong writing and presentation skills; samples will be reviewed.
• Comfort selling to enterprise accounts and to technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for Agentic CX assurance.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market launches for agentic AI releases.
• Track competitive positioning and articulate win/lose areas to sales.
• Build sales enablement content, questions, and demo narratives.
• Create technical content: briefs, webinars, blogs, and conference sessions.
