Job summary

You will own features end-to-end, translate messy workflows into reliable, autonomous software, and guide product decisions with human-in-the-loop insights.

This on-site Berlin role requires fluent English, a strong product sense, and willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• Must have TypeScript proficiency.
• Own features end-to-end: requirements production, translating messy workflows into reliable systems.
• Track record of shipping quickly with sound judgment in a lean startup environment.
• Familiarity with React, Express, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Comfort working in an agentic engineering style with multiple agents and AI coding tools.
• Fluent English and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Germany and work from the Berlin office.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end—from requirements through production deployment.
• Design and build agentic AI workflows for guest communication, operations, and property task management.
• Modernize legacy systems and redesign data structures to meet evolving product needs.
• Observe real workflows, surface inefficiencies, and translate them into reliable software.
• Scope, ship, and iterate on problems rather than solely addressing tickets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep product and engineering aligned.
• Operate with high agency and balance speed with stability.
