You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or AI/ML engineering
• Experience designing, building, and deploying production‑grade AI agents or AI‑enabled applications
• Experience leading technical designs and delivery for agentic AI capabilities, including orchestration, tool use, state management, evaluation, observability, and operational support
• Experience integrating mission or enterprise data with large language models using RAG and MCP
• Experience working with geospatial intelligence data, including raster and vector data types, metadata, spatial context, and analytic results
• Experience with Python, SQL, R, and RESTful API development
• Experience using machine‑learning frameworks, AutoML, or notebook‑based workflows
• Experience developing Node.js applications connected to Oracle Database, mentoring developers, coordinating delivery, and using AI‑assisted development tools such as OpenAI Codex
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

• Experience with Oracle AI Database Agent Factory or comparable agent‑development frameworks
