BairesDev, a global remote-first technology company, seeks an AI Engineer (Python) to advance production AI work and build robust retrieval and RAG pipelines. This role focuses on delivering scalable AI features for a production-grade assistant from a fully remote environment.

You will collaborate with global teams, contribute to evaluation coverage, and help extend frontend capabilities. A strong Python background and LLM production experience are highly valued, with PST hours and English

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph.
• An LLM system you've kept running in production.
• Experience with RAG pipelines.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced level of English.
