• Design and develop system enhancements using application development procedures, scripting tools, and code analysis to deliver effective software solutions.
• Build and support customer-facing systems by partnering with users, clients, and cross-functional technology teams to identify needs and implement reliable programming solutions.
• Apply programming fundamentals to convert functional requirements into clear, well-structured design specifications.
• Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security risks, conducting thorough testing and debugging to protect software integrity.
• Detect root causes of technical issues and implement fixes based on hands-on engineering experience, resolving problems efficiently and accurately.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to guide senior stakeholders and team members; mentor junior analysts to strengthen team capability.
• Assess technical and business decisions with risk awareness, ensuring solutions align with compliance standards and sound engineering judgment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with the ability to work independently and own technical deliverables.
