Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based or Agentic AI applications.
• Experience deploying on AWS and implementing AI guardrails.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate/OpenSearch).

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade agentic AI solutions using LLMs and multi-agent workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering, tool-calling, and agent orchestration for deterministic AI behavior.
• Develop secure backend services and REST APIs in Python with microservices.
• Establish guardrails, input validation, and safe tool invocation.
• Develop model evaluation and automated prompt testing pipelines.
• Deploy and operate AI services on AWS (EC2/S3/Lambda/RDS) and containerized environments.
• Ensure security, access controls, and audit logging.
• Maintain observability and reliability of AI services in production.
• Work from the Santa Clara, CA office per policy.
