Job summary

Cylake is building a next-generation cybersecurity platform by integrating agentic AI, ML, and LLM capabilities to detect, investigate, and respond to threats at scale. You will serve at the intersection of AI and security, collaborating with researchers and software engineers to productize advanced AI-driven security solutions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end model development, deployment, and continuous improvement across SOC/SOAR/SIEM workflows, with a focus on scalable, reproducible ML

Qualifications

• 5+ years applying ML, DL, or generative AI to cybersecurity or related domains.
• End-to-end model deployment into production environments.
• Knowledge of AI agent architectures and implementation patterns.
• Experience with SFT, RL, preference optimization, and distillation.
• Strong Python and PyTorch or similar DL framework skills.
• Data labeling and data quality optimization.
• Familiarity with large-scale datasets and domain-specific features.
• Experience collaborating with researchers and engineers on security AI products.

Responsibilities

• Develop state-of-the-art agentic AI systems for SOC, SOAR, and SIEM platforms.
• Build and optimize LLMs for cybersecurity use cases.
• Create evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to improve model quality and efficiency.
• Design ML solutions for threat detection including malware and phishing.
• Develop AI workflows and model pipelines over large security datasets.
• Partner with researchers to improve data quality and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate AI models into production security products.
• Research advancements in LLM architectures and serving optimization.
