Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. seeks an experienced Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions with a focus on agentic AI architecture.

This greenfield role aims to establish foundational AI capabilities and scalable intelligent agent workflows across the organization. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate challenges into production-ready AI solutions, leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Foundry, LLMs, RAG, and tool

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and building/deploying AI agents using Azure AI Foundry.
• Proven experience building, testing, and deploying agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong practical experience with at least one AI-assisted development platform: Cursor, Windsurf, Slingshot.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent AI agents and agentic workflows using modern Generative AI frameworks and enterprise AI platforms.
• Build scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), orchestration frameworks, tool calling, and autonomous agent architectures.
• Architect and optimize multi-step AI workflows that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and business processes.
• Develop foundational agentic AI capabilities that support broader enterprise adoption and future AI initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders, product teams, engineers, and client stakeholders to identify use cases and translate requirements into production-ready AI solutions.
• Lead solution design discussions and present AI architecture, implementation approaches, and recommendations to technical and business audiences.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Foundry to develop and deploy enterprise AI agents.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and solution effectiveness.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, reliability, performance, observability, and maintainability.
• Apply cloud-native architecture and MLOps best practices to support lifecycle management and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
