Job summary

BayOne Solutions seeks a hands-on AI Engineer in San Francisco, CA, who is deeply familiar with today's frontier AI models and tools like Claude Code and Codex. In this role, you will build and maintain workflows, develop MCP servers, and integrate models into applications.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of leading models from Anthropic and OpenAI.
• Demonstrated experience creating skills, agents, and hooks.
• Understanding of MCPs and backend development proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain agentic workflows using Claude Code and Codex.
• Design and develop new MCP servers.
• Integrate frontier models into applications via API calls.
• Develop backend services using FastAPI for AI applications.
• Apply prompt engineering best practices.
