Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a highly skilled engineer to drive embedded discovery, AI-enabled solutions, and robust data pipelines. You will translate business needs into technical specs, develop backend services, and implement governance and testing practices to ensure reliable, auditable AI-powered workflows.

You will collaborate with business users and SMEs, design bounded AI capabilities, and deliver end-to-end integrations with emphasis on quality, security, and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical specs and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to design AI-enabled solutions with clear evaluation criteria.
• Strong background in building production-grade data processing backends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users and SMEs to understand workflows and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into user stories, tests, and incremental delivery plans.
• Build production-grade backend services, APIs, and data-processing components.
• Develop bounded AI capabilities with structured outputs and tool contracts.
