Job summary

AG Consulting Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced Agentic Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI-driven agents across our client's enterprise.

You will work in a fast-paced, consultative environment with a four-person delivery team, using Azure DevOps and modern CI/CD practices to deliver production-ready automation. You will leverage Python and TypeScript, Power Automate, and Microsoft Foundry, collaborating with client Dev and QA teams to ensure adoption and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workflow automation, systems implementation, technical consulting, or solution engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Platform, and automation tooling.
• Experience building production-ready automation solutions rather than only strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and business process mapping skills.
• Comfortable operating independently in high-visibility consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Build agents that scale across enterprise functions and users.
• Deliver as part of a four-person team with Azure DevOps and Agile ceremonies.
• Test, validate, and stage deployments through CI/CD with infrastructure as code.
• Translate stakeholder use cases into scalable automation strategies and production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with client Dev and QA teams to refine agents and adoption readiness.
• Define support models, escalation paths, and post-go-live ownership.
